Jim's consulting firm, Legislative Base Camp, offers a full spectrum of advocacy and issued-based services that help prepare and guide businesses, organizations, and candidates.

Before founding Legislative Base Camp, Jim served as an important legal, legislative, and policy adviser to a select group of high-profile organizations and individuals.

Based in Denver, Colorado, Jim monitors legislative, regulatory and legal activity in the 50 states and Washington, D.C.

Jim is a member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
